One event. Four readings.
A flight slips by ninety minutes. The airport logs one event. The businesses around the terminal each log something different.
DwellTime produces the same three scores for every location on a watchlist. What changes between segments is which score you read first, how far ahead you need it, and what a reasonable response looks like when it arrives. That is why these are separate pages. A dispatcher does not need stock advice, and a cafe manager does not care where the curbside queue forms.
